Dr. Zachary Ripp, MD
Dr. Zachary Ripp was raised in Greenville, Texas and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas in Austin. He received his medical degree from the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He moved back to Dallas for residency at Parkland Hospital, one of the highest volume obstetric hospitals in the nation. He is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
During residency, Dr. Ripp was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha the medical honor society for his efforts in teaching. Dr. Ripp sees it as an honor to take care of strong women throughout all stages of life, from contraceptive counseling to pregnancy to the menopausal transition. He has a special interest in high and low risk pregnancies, management of abnormal bleeding, and minimally invasive surgery. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, improving his Spanish, cooking, charity work with HIV/AIDS fundraising and spending time with his amazing dog, Icarus.
